Since 1974 Fluxinos has been a leader company in the production of solar pumps. To thepdoduction line of submergible piston pumps, that can work in sandy waters and can run dry for days, we have introduced a new model of submergible impeller pumps, still powered by solar panels: the Overflux.

The main features are the maximum prevalence up to 225 meters and a maximum capacity of 23.000 liters/hour with a little fotovoltaic system from 1,3 Kw to 5,6 Kw.

Overflux 1

USES

For lifting water from point A to point B on a vertical axis from deep pools for solar powered systems.

CHARACTERISTICS

The innovative system is made of three elements:

  • The solar panels
  • The controller
  • The electropump

The controller works thanks to the electric current furnished by the solar panels, it does not work without solar panels. It does not need accumulating batteries for its charge because, in this system, the water is directly pumped and stored during the day, for the consequent use during the night. The controller comes with a pressure transducer: for a correct use it must be fed by 130 Vcc (max 15 A). A properly installed and calibrated controller can shut down the electricpump in the event of sent sluice; it is equipped with dry work and blocks the engine in case of excessive absorption. The electricpump functions with a tri-phase work current 230 V; making sure that the absorption is contained. The electricpump is equipped with 30 m of electric cable H07RN-F.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • The controller must be placed in a safe and ventilated atmosphere
  • Temperature of controller at work: min 5°C – max 40°C
  • Pumpes liquid: non aggressive clean water, with no traces of solid sediments
  • The pump must not work dry
  • Body of the pump must always be immerged
  • Temperature of pumped fluid: min 5°C – max 30°C
  • Working pump position is vertical
  • Maximum number of hourly ignitions: 20
